Existential Identity Coaching
Where life experience becomes purpose
About
I work with people at the point where an old identity no longer holds.
When what once worked no longer fits, and continuing to live the same way feels like a quiet betrayal of who they are becoming.
This is often a moment of transition — personal, professional, existential — where clarity is needed not to improve performance, but to realign life with truth.
My work is rooted in years of professional experience as a counselor and coach, and in a deep familiarity with identity transitions. I work internationally, accompanying individuals and couples through moments where lived experience asks to be integrated rather than overcome.
I don’t help people fix themselves. I support them in sustaining the consequences of authenticity — the exposure, the fear, and the responsibility that come with becoming who they truly are.
My approach is integrative and embodied.
It draws from counseling, existential inquiry, mindfulness, bioenergetic awareness and identity work, with particular attention to presence, voice and the body as carriers of truth.
Alongside my work as an Existential Identity Coach, I have a background in drama, and I am an Acting Coach.
This informs my work with identity not as an abstract concept, but as something lived, expressed and embodied in the world.
I work with thoughtful, sensitive and conscious individuals — often high-functioning — who are no longer willing to live in misalignment with themselves. People who are not looking for motivation or surface-level change, but for depth, coherence and a sense of inner authority.
If you are in a moment of transition,
and you know that who you were is no longer who you are meant to be,
this may be the right space for you.

My
Position
How This Work Took Shape
My work is grounded in a long-standing exploration of identity, presence and transformation.
I began in the world of drama and acting, where I encountered the power of embodiment, voice and authentic expression. Over time, this inquiry naturally expanded into coaching and counseling — not to work on performance, but on the inner landscapes that shape how we live, relate and choose.
Along the way, I trained and became accredited as a coach and counselor, gaining experience in EAP contexts, individual/ couples work, and group facilitation. What connects these different settings is a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
Alongside my professional work, I am the founder and artistic director of a non-profit organization dedicated to theatre and performance. This continues to inform my practice, reminding me that transformation often requires courage, creativity and the willingness to step into the unknown.
Today, I accompany individuals and couples through moments of transition, crisis and reinvention — offering a grounded, reflective space where experience can be integrated and identity can take shape.
How I Work
My work integrates coaching, counseling and acting-based methodologies and is not structured around fixing problems or improving performance.
It is a process of identity integration — supporting people through moments where who they are no longer matches how they are living.
Rather than addressing isolated issues, I work with the whole person, allowing meaning, direction and coherence to emerge organically.
At the core of my work are four interconnected dimensions:
Identity & Existential Transition
I accompany people who are questioning who they are, what truly matters to them, and where they are heading — often during life transitions, career shifts or moments of inner conflict.
Embodiment, Presence & Voice
Identity is not only understood intellectually; it is lived through the body, presence and expression. This dimension supports people in inhabiting their truth with groundedness and authenticity.
Relationships & Relational Dynamics
I work with individuals and couples on relational patterns, communication and emotional awareness, supporting conscious choice rather than automatic repetition.
Expression, Visibility & Inner Authority
Drawing from my background in drama and acting, I support people in expressing themselves with clarity, confidence and integrity — whether in personal, relational or professional contexts.
This work naturally touches themes such as motivation, stress, burnout and resilience — not as goals in themselves, but as outcomes of deeper alignment.

The MIRACLE Method Academy
The Miracle Method was created from a simple yet powerful insight: transformation does not begin by fixing what is broken, but by learning how to meet life’s challenges with awareness, meaning and choice.
The Miracle Method Academy is the space where this approach comes to life — a community for those who feel ready to turn difficulty into direction, and experience growth as a shared, supported process.
